Clever-Choice Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure every Clever-Choice product reaches you in perfect condition, and we are committed to your satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

Due to the nature of our products (food powders and superfoods), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened or used, or if you simply change your mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, you may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report a damaged or incorrect item.

  • Proof Required: We require clear photographic evidence of the damage to the product and/or the packaging to process a claim.
  • 2. How to Initiate a Return/Claim

    To start a return or report a problem, please contact us at hello@clever-choice.com or through the contact form on our website.
    Please include the following information:
  • Your Order Number.
  • The name of the item(s) affected.
  • A description of the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item).
  • Required: Clear photograph(s) of the damage or incorrect item.
  • If your claim is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product back (if necessary) or notify you that a refund/replacement will be processed.

    3. Refunds

    If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (typically 5-10 business days).

    4. Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please follow the steps in Section 2 to report the issue.

    5. Non-Returnable Items

    Please note that, as a food safety measure, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.
